Great for colds or an upset stomach!
4 cups water
1/2 cup sliced fresh ginger
4-5 strips lemon zest
4-5 strips orange zest
Agave syrup *optional
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients heat on right heat. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer and partially cover the pot. Cook until tea is very flavorful and spicy for about 12-15 minutes.
Add agave syrup or your sweetener of choice. Enjoy it hot, cool, or room temperature!
