Super Easy Homemade Vegan Chili Mayo

Hope you all enjoy this quick and easy plant based mayonnaise recipe! Feel free to get creative and add your favorite spices and herbs such as garlic, cilantro, etc...


  • ½ cup unsweetened soy milk , at room temperature

  • 1 cup vegetable oil , at room temperature

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2-3 tbsp chili paste *optional


  • Add more salt, black pepper, or other herbs to your liking, if needed.

  • Using room temperature milk and oil will give better results.

  • Chill for at least an hour before serving for better taste.

  • Store in an airtight container. Can last up to 3 week refigerated.
